TabletsMy enter button on my keyboard doesnt work unless i squeeze it from both sides of the keyboard. It has lost its bounce / click! Any ideas why?

Tablets@horlix1979 Did it work before? Has it just recently stopped working? or never worked?
BTW, I would carefully inspect the edges of your tablet. Especially where the keyboard connects. The Tab S10 Ultra ships with very thin protective plastic around the edges to protect during manufacturing and shipping. IME this can impact the connectivity of the keyboard. If the edges are shiny, the plastic is probably still on the device. Remove this protective plastic if you haven't already.

Tablets<span;>It worked perfectly before and it just stopped working. Its a hardware problem. Something must have moved underneath the key as i cant use it as i am typing fluidly. I have to push it down really hard to press it. I contacted samsung yesterday, spent nearly 3 hours of my life, and after speaking to 10 different people, having to call back 3 times, being hung up on when they couldnt be bothered to talk to me any more I have written an email. The customer service is absolutly the worst i have ever experienced. I have owned this tablet and keyboard for 5 weeks and their solution was ... go buy a new one!! Will be the last samsung product I every buy and i have always been samsung through and through.
