How do I change my language from Spanish to English in my A11 Tablet

Click Language (Idioma)
Click on English
Click Apply (Aplicar)

I do see General management in my main Settings menu Not within the User Guide in the tablet

Yes sorry if I didn't make that more clear. It's strange that my language is set to English, but it's Spanish within my tablets User Guide?
