I contacted Samsung. They told me to reinstall the app. I did that and looks like it is working good now. The playback settings have changed after the reinstall.

Tablets@mhelal I have used Netflix a lot on my Tab S8+ with great quality. Have you tried clearing the cache and data of the Netflix app?
