3) Have you performed any maintenance on the YouTube app recently? Including but not limited to clearing cookies, cache, uninstalling/reinstalling?

At this time, we would recommend as a final option to factory reset the tablet to correct any potential errors and also submit an error feedback report directly to YouTube as the app developer.
