It is because your tablet has a low processor so you likely need to have a new tablet like an S11.

Hello jk78j,

we're sorry to hear you're having issue with YouTube and would like to gather additional information.

1) Is this happening on multiple different applications or just YouTube?

2) Are you currently running the latest software for your device?

- you can check for software update here https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/

3) Have you performed any maintenance on the YouTube app recently? Including but not limited to clearing cookies, cache, uninstalling/reinstalling?

Thank you so much for jk78j for the update. At this time, we would recommend as a final option to factory reset the tablet to correct any potential errors and also submit an error feedback report directly to YouTube as the app developer.  We will continue to look into this further on our end; if we can obtain any additional assistance we will provide it accordingly.
