Scrolling direction and minimized windows upon launch

Two questions, please help! These issues are greatly annoying me:

1) How do I invert the scroll direction of my mouse/touchpad/trackpad connected to my Samsung Tab S9 FE?

2) How do I stop the windows in DEX opening as a minimised tab? This is so frustrating, I have to keep maximising every single application...

How do I connect to phone with headphones

Bluetooth. If it has a wire, wired headphones don't work with new phones

For the trackpad

Settings->General Management->Mouse and Trackpad->Trackpad Scrolling direction

There is no option for changing scroll direction in Mouse and Trackpad 😓

There is no setting for the mouse but the setting I referenced does affect the trackpad.

scrolling direction is not available in that setting

I can only speak to Classic DeX but closing the window in the position and size that yoou want will cause the window to open in the same place/size. 

I've run Classic DeX 24/7/365 for the past 2.5 years as my primary computer and it works just like Windows in that regard.
