TabletsThis did not help.
(Set up) third screen (after second screen selecting USA English for language) has only choices of South American and surrounding island countries.

TabletsI had a similar issue when setting up my Samsung phone. The region list looked confusing at first, but I just chose United States and continued the setup, and everything worked fine after that.
I mainly set up my phone to play GTA San Andreas mod apk on Android, and after finishing the setup the game installed and ran perfectly. So just pick the closest region and you should be good.
