Does anyone know why I can't download the Amazon Shopping App from the Play Store anymore? I factory reset my Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra now I can't get the app anymore. I have to go online to shop on my tablet from Amazon now. I just use my Z Fold 6 to shop on the App because Shopping on Amazon online is more complicated to me.I messed up because the App makes it so easier to shop with. Samsung always got to fix stuff that isn't broke. Stop changing stuff for the worst.

It appears that Amazon has chosen to make their shopping app incompatible with Android tablets. You might be able to install the mobile version via APK Mirror, but proceed at your own risk. Ultimately, I recommend sending feedback to Amazon about this experience.

Thanks but I don't do the APK'S for security purposes. Thank you for the suggestion though. Samsung needs to fix this.

It's not Samsung, it's Amazon.

Samsung doesn't need to and can't fix Amazon's app.  Amazon is the developer of the app and they are the ones that have to fix it.  I suspect they made it incompatible with Android tablets because they want you to buy a Fire tablet.  It's readily available on the Fire because it's an Amazon product.

I don't see how shopping from their web page is any different than shopping from the app, the format is the same, and actually easier than on a browser on a phone, since the tablet has more screen real estate.

I gotcha. I talked to Amazon and the representative said they are aware of the problem are working on fixing it. Hopefully Amazon isn't telling a lie.

Lol, it's not a "problem." It was a deliberate decision to no longer list the app for tablets. You can still use and update it if you sideload it. APKMirror is a reputable source for signed APKs.

You do actually do APKs

The Google Play Store functions as an advanced APK installer and manager, automating the download, installation, and update process for Android applications, rather than requiring users to manually handle APK files. It is the official, secure marketplace for Android, ensuring app integrity, while third-party sources can also supply APKs

I Donโ€™t know why Amazon has made there "shopping app" incompatible for android tablets, but it absolutely makes no sense at all. They have and are continuing to make android tablets users very unhappy. I luckily still have my shopping app available on my tablet. But if a user uninstalls the Amazon shopping app or does a factory reset it's unavailable for download. Hopefully enough people send feedback to Amazon to have them reconsider.

Yeah man I totally agree. The Amazon Shopping App was working just fine on my Tab S10 Ultra. Sometimes I factory reset my devices to kinda keep them fresh, but I wouldn't have if I knew Samsung was going to remove this. The website is so jumbled up and seems more complicated.
