Washers and DryersHello,
I have a Samsung EcoBubble washing machine, model WW7SJ4263KW.
Recently it started stopping in the middle of a wash cycle. The display freezes at the remaining time, and the machine becomes unresponsive.
Sometimes, after pressing Start/Pause, it may resume for a short time or complete the cycle, but often it just stops again.
Occasionally, the machine also shows error code 3C, and once that happens, it stops completely until I restart it.
In addition, I sometimes hear a squeaking or grinding noise from the drum area during operation.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
- Power reset (unplugged for 10 minutes)
- Full calibration (CLb mode)
- Checked the drum and belt (no visible issues)
The problem still occurs.
Could this be related to the motor, inverter PCB, or Hall sensor?
Any guidance or official troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Barak
