After receiving the most recent security patch both of my Samsung Galaxy s25+ (S936USQSACZE1), I can now make video phone calls again. I suggest everyone on this post who has received the security patch attempt this as well and confirm.

I reached out to AT&T regarding the issue. They reset some network settings on the back end and tried some other troubleshooting steps, but did not resolve the issue. Keep in mind, i have two S25+ in my household. Both were upgraded at the same time and both are having the same exact issue. Just a side note, the Meet (Google Meeting) option works fine. My phone was bought through AT&T... I find it hard to believe AT&T is blocking the video feature of Samsung phones just because they made a small upgeade.

From the contact, when I click on the video/camera button to initiate the call. When I do, I get 2 options 1.) Google Meet 2.) Video call. In the past, I would select video call to make the call. Now, even though the call connects, it doesn't include the video. If I select the camera within the call, i get the "video declined " error instantly.

After the OneUI 8.5 upgrade, video chat with another android phone (even another Samsung phone with oneUI 8.5) fails. It keeps saying "video declined". If the other phone tries the same, they get a "video declined" error as well. This seems to work fine before the upgrade as I would make routine video call. Just a side note, video calls through google Meet do still work however.

I was able to fix this the problem by going to Setting > Battery > Battery Protection, then change the setting to "maximum". Now it's fast charging again.
