Post OneUI 8.5 Upgrade / Video Call Issue.

After the OneUI 8.5 upgrade, video chat with another android phone (even another Samsung phone with oneUI 8.5) fails. It keeps saying "video declined". If the other phone tries the same, they get a "video declined" error as well. This seems to work fine before the upgrade as I would make routine video call.

Just a side note, video calls through google Meet do still work however.

It is a known issue with AT&t, I've been trying to troubleshoot it for a week now and there is nothing they can do between Samsung and AT&t. They keep sending it back and forth to each other

to have them fix my visual voicemail and wound up switching to the new *2.0" service from my original"unlimited your way" family plan, in order to save the $5/line increase that has just came out. I came home a few hours later and randomly my hubby tried to video call me again and lo and behold it worked!

Crazy as it seemsat least with AT&T, there are A LOT of things like this happening after updates...I even was told to upgrade my phone for a different upgrade issue....ugh...so I guess AT&t is railroading us to be 9n the Google bandwagon!?????!!!! AT&T S$#@S now!

After the update on 25S Ultra on ATT I'm not able to video call and everytime I tried it says disconnected. I have restarted the phone and went in the settings to see if something was off.

Both Samsung and AT&T are aware of the situation, when will it be fix, hopefully in the next update.

After receiving the most recent security patch both of my Samsung Galaxy s25+ (S936USQSACZE1), I can now make video phone calls again. 

I suggest everyone on this post who has received the security patch attempt this as well and confirm.
