Please aamaung, for the love of God fix the 2023 U.I for your tv's. I understand you may be coming out with a new smart interface for your 2024 tv's so please include yournolder models as well. I just started adding samaung tv's in my home I will say I'm beyond disappointed with the U.I. & I'm sure I'm not the only one.
I'm also very disappointed with it. I paid $1000 for a TV and got this unorganized childish menu that is so glitchy and slow asf it is so bad to the point where I bought a Chrome cast for my TV and it is 1000x better they should honestly just go with the Google TV OS
I gotn2 tvs & yes one of them was a premium one. I know I read they are coming out with a new ui for 2024 tvs & I hope they upgrade some of the older tvs. If not I'm gonna just start moving away from samsung.
