No Android 14 update A13 5G

I still haven't received the Android 14 update for my Galaxy A13 5G it's been 2 months since I haven't received it my last update was the May 2024 security update so far nothing has been available for my phone I have updated the Google Play system but it's on the June 2024 update so everything is up-to-date so why haven't I received it yet one UI 6.1 was just recently announced for the Galaxy A13 5G and that update is also not available

I have an unlocked version I believe but I'm in the same boat, no update and latest patch is from May

Still have not gotten the android 14 update on my a13 5g on att. They say the a13 5g is suppose to get it. Has anyone gotten it yet

Not all budget devices get major upgrades or get them late. At times might even skip a version.

From what I found you should have the ui 6 uodate I didn't see anything about android 14

My samsung a13 model does not have the new UI update but I have seen some phones that do. How do I get the new update or is it something with my phone?

If you do a search online for your model and what the update it's going to get up to it should tell you. Hope that helps. Every phone is different

Try connecting it to smart switch on a pc. It will show an update on the bottom. Had to do that to my a14
