A23 5G backup important text message with pics

Hello everyone I have a Samsung Galaxy a23 5G I need to backup a text including pictures that are there. I am not computer savvy can anyone please help me back up a text message or tell me how. I tried scrolling through and taking screenshots and emailing it to myself but that became a huge mess so I had to start again. any help would be appreciated Thank you
