Aftter I update my phone with the latest May2024 firmware, my phone cannot detect the sim card anymore.
I have used the sim in another phone and it worked ok.
I also try to manually update to the latest june2024 firmware with smart switch on PC but I found the a52s cannot be detected by the PC anymore. The USB-C cable I used can connect with my other android phone.
Can someone give me some suggestions, otherwise I really cannot trust Samsung phone anymore, it feels like a intended obsolete after two years of use (bought on May/2022)
I wonder if my phone can get automatic next firmware update to fix this issue. I am in the North America, may I know when will the june2024 firmware update are supppsed to be released to a52s? There is no option to degrade the firmware and hence I have to update to see the chance of fixing the phone.
Have restarted the phone multiple times. It doesn't help.
Have tried reset network settings and also tried multiple times of using the other sim card slot.
See this issue reported multiple times by others, I will not buy any Samsung phones /products unless this issue is resolved
