The force update to UI6 broke the bluetooth audio output to headphones. They pair and connect, but the audio is intermittent and garbeled. I ran through the troubleshooting reccomended by Samsung with no resolution. The official answer I got was "We aplogize".
If anyone has found a way to dump UI 6 and fix this please let me know. If anyone wants to buy a used A54 with no headphone output let me know too. Gotta save up for a different phone now.
I ended up buying new headphones. I got nowhere with anyone from samsung, but they keep giving me "badges" for talking about how I'll never purchase another device from them. So I at least got that going..
I have Flymory bone conducting headphones , they worked well until I charged the headphones. Next thing I knew I couldn't hear anything. I even returned the first pair of headphones ,received the new pair, they did the same thing. I can pair them with my husband's phone, they work fine.
