Has anyone screen shake back and forth? I have restarted my phone and it still does it

System vibration check if it's off or reduced I just turned mine on and see blur like animation; if that would be similar to shake back and forth. And check the vibration intensity as well. It could be a vibration for apps, keyboard, camera, etc.
