Bluetooth mark on when im not connected to a bluetooth devices

Hey! So I've had this for a couple months where my bluetooth icon is on in the double swipe menu when I'm not connected to a Bluetooth device I'll attach screenshots

 

 you can see on the bottom screenshot I'm not connected to a Bluetooth device but in the top screenshot it shows the icon.

That shows the Bluetooth it's on but not connected. If is connected it will show 2 little arrows like marks pointing from each side towards the middle. Like the screenshot attached.
