My 1st problem is not being able to use "Cache Cleaner" on this A25 because it was downloaded from internet. It is the BEST & TRUE CACHE CLEANER I've ever found. Phones act up when there us too much cache data and cleaning it manually is VERY time consuming. Is this something Samsung has done to force people into purchasing new phones or store services (although they can't do a thing about it either). PLEASE RESPOND WITH HELPFUL INFORMATION.
2nd: I also have an issue with this "unwanted downloading of games" to my phone and WANT IT STOPPED! So please 'Samsung App Cloud" provide a solution.
@Craesg The App cloud is an app put on your phone by your carrier. Contact your carrier and ask for a way to turn off unwanted downloading of games and apps.
