Is there a work around, or any tips? We have gone through all the suggested steps from Samsung. Have spent multiple times in chat with them to only be disconnected, and called multiple times on to be disconnected also.

They do not receive her messages and she does not get theirs. She will get the, "subject size 1kb" message.

Google messages or Samsung messages being used I think Google messages is the least problem one with Apple messages and if they are using rcs option on there phone
