I purchased the new a25. It does not work with the DEXCOM continuous Glucose Monitoring System. Is there an update or download to make it compatible? Apparently, the A256 version works but the S256 does not. Can I swap for the A256 version? Disabled VET on fixed income. Can't afford another phone after purchasing this one for Xmas. VA isn't helping.

Hey, brother. Sorry to hear about your troubles. Especially with our lovely VA health care system.

You don't say how or where you purchased your phone from. Is it possible for you to return it directly for an exchange?

If you purchased it from Samsung.com, please call them ASAP. Samsung.com has a 14 day return policy on phones. (You can find their contact information under the Support tab on the main screen of this app. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen.)

This forum is a place where Samsung users attempt to help other Samsung users, so I don't think that you'll find the assistance that you need here. I think you should to reach out to the merchant that you purchased the phone from, to either get a model that will meet you needs or to obtain a refund.
