Recently tried updating an app and got a message saying it was incompatible with my device. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, that's not the case. I tried reinstalling older versions of it and got the same message.

Then it's not currently updated to be compatible with your phone and it can't be used. Try reaching out to the app developer and see if there is an update in the works.

I found a work-around. I downloaded Joiplayer and used the PC version of the app.
