@SoullessAI Your title says AI in general, but your question seems to be about personal assistant. In my opinion: 

• Bixby - Is best for control of your device. It can access more features and settings than any other assistant.
• Google Assistant - Best for things you need from the web.

AI? No. When Humans started to think and behaves like Humans, AI will be dead. For personal assistant...Bixby. I dont like Google at all, but it is what it is. For control on your device, use MODES AND ROUTINES....trust me...
