Hello, welcome to the Samsung Community. I understand your concerns with your Wi-Fi connectivity on your A03 and I will be more than happy to take a look into this with you.

Sometimes Wi-Fi problems are caused by simple network issues. Other times, you may need to take additional steps on your phone or tablet to ensure your Wi-Fi connection is stable, such as re-adding the connection or assigning a static IP address.

Remove any third party cases or accessories

Restart your device

Open Settings, tap Connections, and then tap WiFi

Verify that your device is connected to your network

Reset your Router by unplugging for 30 Seconds

Reconnect to your network

If you are unable to access the internet after you have rebooted the Wi-Fi router, please contact the Internet Service Provider for further troubleshooting.

Open Settings and Reset your Network Settings (This will reset your network settings for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Mobile Data)

Perform a Factory Data Reset (Please be sure to Back up your device before performing the reset)

If you are still having issues connecting to your Wi-Fi please reach out to a certified Samsung technician for further assistance.

Please visit a Samsung walk-in service center or you can schedule a repair service online.

Try a WiFi extender. It will extend its reach and strengthen your connection.
