Galaxy A14 will not allow me to To answer calls by pushing the phone button when receiving a call When my screen is off or dismiss Notifications or alerts? So I miss all my incoming calls

As for dismissing notifications and alerts, those can only be dismissed by swiping the notifications away from the Notification Shade, or by opening them in their respective apps.
