Galaxy A14 screen freezing and not registering touch

Anyone else having issues with their device screen freezing up and NOT registering touches?!

Yes im having issues with both my phones S21 & S22 not recognizing the touch command it frustrating but idk how to fix it

Me either! Hoping someone can help me out.. but so far I've heard nothing.

Because the A14 is a low cost Samsung device, this is normal as the processing power is very low. It is not very good at handling background tasks, and it takes a toll on what you are attempting to do.
