Hello,

I recently bought a smarttag2 from a second-hand e-shop. But this tag cannot be registered to my account because it was used by another person. I have complete package including QR code and invoice.

Can you please reset this smarttag2 so I can add device to my account?

Sorry, but the previous user would need to remove it from their account first. I would suggest returning them and purchasing new one's

Hi GaryB82, I don't know the previous owner, unfortunately.

Of course, I understand that Samsung will not reveal the previous user's email address based on the QR code.

Can Samsung contact the previous user directly? Based on smarttag2 identification, it should be possible to send him/her my email address so we can chat about it.
