Gallery app is not compatible with the m21 2021 edition

I have a galaxy m21 2021 edition it runs on Android 13 and one ui 5.1 all updates are made by Samsung the issue is that my gallery app version is old and when I look it on the galaxy store it shows this screen that the app is not compatible has anyone encountered this issue?
