Install Samsung's Good Lock app from the Galaxy Store. You're looking for the module called Theme Park. This offers such a high degree of UI customization that theme packs are no longer needed lol. I highly recommend installing all the other Good Lock modules too. They offer substantial upgrades the to functionality and personalization of your device.
Via galaxy store I cannot find goodlock and a link I tried said content not available and in playstore, I could only find nice lock. I have an a14 latest os 13. Strange I cannot find this app. Thanks for responding.
