Install Samsung's Good Lock app from the Galaxy Store. You're looking for the module called Theme Park. This offers such a high degree of UI customization that theme packs are no longer needed lol. I highly recommend installing all the other Good Lock modules too. They offer substantial upgrades the to functionality and personalization of your device.
Via galaxy store I cannot find goodlock and a link I tried said content not available and in playstore, I could only find nice lock. I have an a14 latest os 13. Strange I cannot find this app. Thanks for responding.
In that case, install Nice Lock or Fine Lock from the Google Play Store. Either should work just as well as Good Lock. Your phone might not be compatible with the official Samsung version.
