I have several text messages relating to my late sister in my "Conversations" on my phone and want to move them to a separate "folder" for safekeeping and so they're all in one place. I've added a category for this but can't see how to actually move the messages. I've been through the manual (online) but can't see the instructions in there.
Can anyone give me some simple instructions on how to do this? Don't know if it makes a difference that I'm in the UK - you can probably tell I'm not very technically minded!
Sorry but you have reached the US support community. I would suggest contacting the UK support community since the software is diff around the world they would be able to provide better support.
