I can't seem to find secure wifi

There's no option wifi secure in security and privacy, usually wifi secure option is below folder aman but it's doesn't show up here

don't know why or when it would be gone
but secure wifi is just a vpn. I use cloudflare warp instead which is the same thing, a vpn. But also unlimited data & free and potentially faster.
