I'm starting to get concerned about some of these invasive apps on my device

Apps like " continue apps on other devices",when " Quick Share" is also enabled along with it.

They are not invasive if they are not sharing without your consent. If you are concerned, turn off those features. The permissions are tequired if you want to share content with your other devices or other people.
