Since I have switched to Spectrum and bought a Samsung phone from them, I have had nothing but trouble. My voicemail is messed up even after 5 times, downloading apps, and speaking with Spectrum directly. Now, I have unfamiliar devices on my Bluetooth. I should have a PRIVATE password, NO other devices should show up on my Bluetooth connection! The **bleep** you go through to "correct" and still NOTHING is resolved is unbearable. Now, to correct the other devices from entering on my device, I HAVE to reset, go back and download MY apps, reset tones, and may lose data....my God! Technology IS NOT our future.

Do they offer bluetooth passwords? Maybe don't sync bluetooth with your samsung cloud. Unpair the bluetooth devices you do not recognize. I understand your frustration. If the phone is new see if you can exchange it for another? How is your voicemail messed up, just curious.

Best to turn Bluetooth off you should be able to remove the devices properly near by devices being detected very least add password if you plan to use Bluetooth as for the other issues make sure you get apps updated mainly ones required and monthly Google updates in settings than software updates below that in about phone in software information folder tap the Google play services to update
