Hi, Updated to OneUI 7  on an A53 and have multiple issues.

1.  Lock screen no longer shows notification icons.  and yes I checked the settings for lock screen notifications .

2. I do not want to set up Bixby! How Do I disable this??

3.  Long press on side button no longer works for power.  (Fixed, found it in settings)

4.  How do I adjust lock screen time out?  Way too fast.

How do I fix these issues

Lockscreen icons are effectively gone. They've been limited to 3 icons in the status bar. If you'd like to see the old implementation restored, submit feedback to developers by following the steps listed here:

  • If you don't want to set up Bixby, just don't.  If it is asking you to set it up, you had to have clicked on it (accidentally or purposely).  If you don't continue with the setup and just back out of it, it will go away.
  • You already said you solved the power button issue.
  • Screen Timeout can be found in settings/display/screen timeout.  Tap and choose your timeout period.  You can also download Good Lock's Display Assistant and add "keep screen on". This will add an icon to your quick panel that you can toggle to keep your screen on for 30 minutes at a time.  Be aware that the longer your screen remains on, the more battery it will use, so use it only when you need to keep the screen on for an extended period of time.
