My device is Samsung A54 5G, locked with a pattern and every time I attempted the time increased until it reached a waiting period of one day, but when I entered a certain pattern, the time decreased (to 17 hours). No its not close, each time you put in the wrong pattern, it makes you wait longer, it will eventually lock it permanently, your best bet is to get into recovery and wipe the data
