A Series & Other MobileI added my Microsoft account into My Files app on both my devices (Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ and Galaxy A52s). When I try to open OneDrive storage, the app try to load for a few seconds, but after that it simply says "No files". Obviously, I have a lot of files in my OneDrive storage.
I tried to delete cache and data of My Files app, signing out from the Microsoft account and signing in again, but nothing. This problem occurs for some days, before that it worked as it should.

A Series & Other MobileThere's a new update of My Files on my phone (Galaxy A52s with One UI 6.1) that seems to fix the problem, with OneDrive showing files properly.
Version: 15.2.03.2

A Series & Other Mobile@Floyd98 I just checked on my Fold 6 and Tab S10+. On both, my OneDrive Files and Folders are shown in My File as expected.
Have you tried wiping the device cache partition? IIt wipes out incompatible or outdated cache information. It does not erase any user data nor applications.
To wipe the device cache partition:
1. Power off your device.
2. Power up while holding down the Volume up key and the Side key until the Samsung logo appears.
3. An Android recovery menu will appear.
4. Use the Volume down key to scroll down to Wipe cache partition.
5. Click the side key to select it.
6. Use the Volume down key to scroll down to Yes.
7. Click the side key to select it. The Cache will be wiped almost instantaneously.
8. Click the side key to select "Reboot system now"
If that doesn't resolve that, for immediate assistance, one option is to use the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send text. This will open up live troubleshooting.
Another option is to contact Samsung support via https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/
Lastly you can submit a bug report via the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send feedback.

A Series & Other MobileI have the same problem. Yet another annoying bug created by Samsung developers.
I will not open a support case. Experience tells it's not worth it and nothing will happen.

A Series & Other MobileThe fact that the issue is on both of my Galaxy devices suggests that this is a common problem. I don't know if this has to do with Samsung or Microsoft...

A Series & Other MobileSame issue here......Classic... It's well known in the industry that Samsung tech people are infected with a highly contagious and often painful condition known as optical rectitus which makes them generally useless to their customers.
Our only hope is Samsung brings in an outsider to fix this who is not infected.
Dang, I just remembered, I was taught in the military that Hope is never a plan.
Understanding the reality, I'm giving this a million-to-one odds that this will be fixed in "six-months-or-less" knowing how fast Samsung tech is not.
Any takers?

A Series & Other MobileApparently it is a bug in the latest My Files update. I've searched for the app in the Play Store, uninstalled updates (can't uninstall the app itself as it is a system app) and the earlier version works fine. To prevent auto update, disable the auto update check box.

A Series & Other MobileHi All,
I had same issue.
Fix for me is to go to settings/apps/find my files select and uninstall updates.
This sets my files back to facvtory setup.
I then signed into my clould account in my files and things work.
I then updated my files and problem came back.
This proves problem is in the updates.
Hope this helps in finding permanant solution.
NOTE: I downloaded other file manager and that worked, again showing problem is with my files app.
regards,
Corca
