I have Onedrive on my phone, when you click on GALLERY and its menu button, it shows Onedrive is switched on. But when I select a photo, and highlight the 'share' icon, there is no Onedrive icon as an option - only the usual Whatsapp, Quickshare, etc.

I have a Galaxy A71 but that's not listed on the 'Select a board'. I've typed in A71 in the search and get A71 users on a 'board' that I can't find, but I'm hoping this kind of problem is generic.

hi, thanks. I've been on the phone to people and can't wait to tell them how simple it was. Ta, again!

@Webster1 The reason you don't see OneDrive as a share option is because it is automatically being shared via the Gallery to OneDrive.

Hi, how do I fix it so that onedrive reads all the albums on the flip?

@JLK_10 "Hi, how do I fix it so that onedrive reads all the albums on the flip?"

You have to add any albums in the OneDrive app.

  1. Open the OneDrive app
  2. Click on the Me icon in lower right
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Click on Gallery sync
  5. You can enable "All albums" or enable the albums individually that you want to sync
