Use the pull down menu and turn on smart view. It will find your tv and then on the tv allow the phone to connect (by selecting ok) Then you can mirror to your visio. Make sure both are connected to the same internet/wifi.
You have to go to the app store and down load the apps both on your cell phone and TV it's a cast to TV app there are many to choose from you have to pay for them plus there are mirror apps also that clone your phone to the screen like a second screen just go to Google play or apple store
