No, it's because those are secure folder apps and secure folder settings

Those are doubled because they are for the Secure Folder you can tell what apps are for the secure folder by the App icon with the File folder with the lock on it

I have the same problem. I believe they are being saved onto some files from your phone. R some of your settings shadowed/grayed out ?
