No microphone on text toolbar A53

Samsung messages has always had microphone on text toolbar and with this a35 I don't have that option anymore. Any one else had this problem or have any instructions please help & thank you

You now need to enable it
Phone settings
General management
Keyboard list and default
Toggle on show keyboard button on Navigation bar
