According to google, which you could have done yourself, "The Galaxy J3 (2017) was released in July 2017 with Android 7.0 Nougat on board. It received the Android 8.0 Oreo update in August 2018 and the Android 9 Pie (with One UI) update in August 2019. Currently, it is on a biannual software update schedule and could soon stop getting software updates." So, I would say it's pretty safe to assume that you're no longer going to be getting updates.
