Samsung Galaxy A15 doesn't recognize my wireless JVS headphones

Hi, my A15 doesn't see my wireless headphones JVS. Everything is okay with the headphones, I tried 2 other phones and they work fine. I don't know what to do. Tried to restart both devices and nothing

Do you have both A15 phone and JVC headphones in pairing mode ?
