Samsung is a very bad company. I am using Samsung phone for the first time. When I went to its service center and said that sir, my mobile's fingerprint is not working, how much have you charged for fixing it?

 

They said 250ā‚¹ service charge separately and then the labor charge for repairing will be separate and the cost of any part will be separate and if there is a software problem, then 350ā‚¹ extra will be charged for software update.

 

Even after that, the mobile is not fixed or the mobile dies while updating the software, then we will not be responsible for it and "neither the service center people nor the customer care people cooperate"

 

Before this, I used OPPO mobile for 6 years. OPPO company people did not charge me even a single rupee extra.

 

"I just want to say this to Samsung company people that if you are taking money from the customer, then give full facilities and take full responsibility"

 

You are trying to compete with Apple, first become worthy of that.
