A Series & Other MobileI had a secure folder on my s10+ that I could create and delete at will without any problems. But I transferred my data to an A23 last year. Recently, I deleted my secure folder, then I tried to redownload it again, but a notification saying "If this happens again, call customer service." Keeps popping up every single time I try to redownload. What is the reason for this?? Can I somehow fix it?? Please help, it's very frustrating.

A Series & Other MobileThe instructions are right there: "call customer service", unless you already did that and got no help. You can put in an error report through the support tab on the members app, but there's no guarantee you will get a timely response/fix. There is text help as well on the support tab.
