Hi. At random at 1:12ish my phone forced me to do a pin password. I clicked no ad or link. It just randomly forced me to do it then my print. It did not restart at all and I still have the same number of apps.

How did it force you? Was there a message on your screen? As a rule, one should have a pin or password in addition to a fingerprint so there's an altetnate way of getting into your phone if your fingerprint fails to read. But, I worry about randomly being asked to do so, because that shouldnt happen. I hope your phone wasn't somehow compromised, where someone gets you to create/change your password and then intercepts it and changes it on you, so that you cannot access your device, but they can.

The Sim card lock just showed up on my screen at random while I was on the website. I was just looking at the website when it happened. Then forced me to enter my fingerprint.

It asked to you password the SIM card or the phone?  Never password the SIM card in case you forget the password for it, as will happen.  Passwording the SIM card prevents someone from stealing it and using it in another device.  Should you get a new phone and transfer the SIM card and forget it's password, you will not be able to use it.  You will, however, be able to put a new, unpassworded SIM card into a new device.  You should have been able to ignore the request to password the SIM card (which may or may not have come from your carrier - who is your carrier?)  It may have been a suggestion, not a command.  Or, your phone could have somehow been compromised and someone is trying to make your SIM card unusable to you. What website were you looking at when it popped up?  I would never do anything with passwords while on a website.

I have only ever heard of this particular event happening once.  Someone recently posted on here, that the same thing happened to them and then they got locked out of their phone.  This is not a normal thing that happens.

The sim card password. The one that blocks someone from using my sim card. It fizzled into the being from spacebattles.com while reading Third Contact on the site. Then it asked for my password/fingerprint. My carrier is ATT.

I think someone in the game tried to hijack your phone . You are not required to have a lock on your sim card.

I had one already one. It just doesn't require it when I'm on it. Only at restart.

Er... I completed the sim thing... what should I do?

You should probably change your sim password. While in airplane mode so you are not connected to anything.

There is still nothing random that would pop up requesting you to change it.

It didn't ask me to change it. It said. Enter your sim password.
