Sound Picker app not showing up Galaxy A23 5G

I have a Galaxy A23 5G cell phone that will not let me use a custom ringtone. When I go to settings-ringtones-and then the plus sign sound picker shows up but the only  ringtones are the ones samsung gives you. I have looked online for a fix but nothing works. It seems the sound picker app does not show up in apps at all. Anyone know how to fix this. Thanks

There is no ringtones folder or internal storage under My Files. I have only had this phone for a week so not use to it. Plus I’m old and don’t know what I’m doing. Thanks for your help.

No ringtones folder on my phone.

My A54 had those folders. Every single phone has those folders - samsung or not.

And if it's not there you can make one. Just like on a computer - new folder/ringtones.
