A Series & Other MobileI have never seen a message like that, did you accidentally turn on any accessibility options? It looks like you have a color filter on your screen. If you do not have accessibility settings on, it may be cleared up by cleaning your cache partition. Try the following and see if that helps.
1. Power off your Galaxy phone by holding down the power and volume down buttons until it reboots. Hold Power and vol up buttons until Samsung Logo appears
2. Let go of both buttons when you see the Samsung Logo appear on screen. There will be a delay while it enters recovery mode.
3. Use the volume buttons to navigate through recovery menu options and highlight āWipe Cache Partition.ā Press power button to select this option . Confirm by navigating to the yes response and tapping the power button to select.
5 .When wiping cache partition is complete, "reboot system now" should be highlighted; press power key to select it . The phone will reboot as normal.

A Series & Other MobileSurely you realize you have to give more details than that on what's happening? What are you doing at the time this happens? What app are you in? What function are you performing? Is it a particular app or function, or just one? It could be an app restriction rather than a phone restriction, but we can't know unless you provide us with more information.
