I remember back in the day Samsung used to be a great company with great phones. Not anymore... Now all it is is terrible phones with lots of glitches, faults, and bugs and even worse cumstor service. I can tell you one thing I will never ever by a Samsung phone again. Honestly this experience with this phone has been a nightmare and has me fed up where I'm switching to an iphone. I never thought I would say that but there you have it folks.
The same problem I have had since October when I tried to tell y'all someone has hacked my phone changed the the build number so factory reset won't even do anything now. There are times where I can literally see them doing stuff romotely. There has been someone remotely using it all day today I've been fighting back and forth with settings and and locked out of my email cause of it had to make a new one.
See thos is exactly what I'm talking aboutm y'all completely ignored the real issue. That has nothing to do with it. Did you not read what I wrote. I was literally doing that all day. They hacked my phone. They changed the build number got into the system of the phone. Has nothing to do with my password
Exactly why I'm switching to iPhone as soon as possible because y'all don't care and refuse to admit the truth. I've been dealing with this since October. I've had my private pictures leaked because of it money taken because of it and y'all just say it's nothing wrong
I got hacked 4 weeks after I bought mine & I keep mine locked down like Ft. Knox. I have a block list 1000 #'s long of pills trying to get in. I pay for protection! On a Samsung!!! I never dreamed that one. It unregistered itself regularly. 9 months old and I'm buying a new phone. It's nuts. It should have lasted for years.
