The service mode code is not working for me

I've performed a factory reset on this device before, and it's experiencing the same issues again. I'm unsure if it's the result of the carrier or the app.

Have you tried flashing the latest firmware via Odin?

Id still try to flash it even though it's on the latest just in case

Some carriers don't support the service codes, especially if it's carrier locked.

It used to work and I use Metro By T-mobile

Apparently, it doesn't work anymore.  Whether the codes work or not is dependent on carrier permissions.
